3, check the adjustment of the conveyor chain, must ensure that the driving wheel and the center line of the passive wheel parallel, and the transmission center line parallel to the vertical line with the transmission center, otherwise it will make the conveyor belt deviation phenomenon; to carefully adjust the tightness of the conveyor chain Degrees, the tightness of the elevator's conveyor chain should not be too tight nor too loose.
4. It is necessary to correctly adjust the adjustment plate above the auger in the grain tank to maintain proper unloading speed so as not to damage the components such as the auger.
5, to clean the engine air filter in time to ensure the normal operation of the various parts of the machine. Regularly check the tightness of the fan belt. If it is too tight, it will easily damage the parts. If it is too loose, the temperature of the water may increase. Clean the debris on the filter screen of the tank and ensure the cooling effect.
