2. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, and after the power switch is turned on, the horizontal seal and the vertical seal roller heater can be energized to start heating up.

3. Adjust the vertical seal horizontal seal temperature controller to adjust to the required temperature. The temperature should be adjusted according to the packaging materials used (generally at 100-110 ° C). In addition, the temperature of the longitudinal seal and the transverse seal are also different, and should be adjusted according to the stitching conditions.

4. Place the packaging film, send the film along the guide groove to the vicinity of the longitudinal sealing roller, and align the ends of the film. If the film is not aligned, it will curl when it is longitudinally sealed.

5. The computer sets the length of the bag to match the length of the light point indication. First measure the length of the light point indication on the long packaging material of the computer, ie the actual length of the bag.

6. Run for a short walk to see if it is well bonded. If the temperature is too low, the bag is stretched and easily peeled off; if the temperature is too high, the heat-sealed surface is white, which is not beautiful. In addition, the temperature is often too high to cause a malfunction.

7. Pass the cutter clutch. When it cannot be cut at the specified position, turn off the power switch to adjust.

8. Manual stepless shifting pulley, sending the film into the transverse sealing roller, so that the spot position of the film is just in the middle of the heat sealing of the transverse sealing roller. Rotate the left and right cams on the spindle to the upper and lower microswitches, all open, so that the photocell is just aligned with the spot on the film (set the bag length is appropriate)

9. Load the packaged material into the hopper.

10. Adjust the feeding time so that the packaged material is filled into the bag when the horizontal seal is sealed. If it is not adjusted, it is easy to cause the heat-sealed part to be caught in the packaged material.

11. After the work is completed, the packaging production can be carried out.
