Cultivation tank. Bricks are used to form a north-south cultivation tank with an inner diameter of 30 cm and a depth of 30 cm in the greenhouse. The distance between the grooves is 100 cm. The slope of the tank is about 2%. The base of the tank is covered with a layer of 0.1 mm thick film. 10cm thick clean crude slag, the slag is filled with disinfected cultivation medium (slag: sludge = 6:4), and 3kg of vegetable-specific fertilizer and 10kg of dry-dried chicken manure are added per cubic meter of matrix. After filling, the groove can be filled.
Irrigation facilities. Watering is done by drip irrigation with the natural pressure of the storage tank. Each storage room is built with an independent water reservoir. The length of the pool is 4 meters long, 1.5 meters wide and 2 meters high. The floor of the pool should be 0.5 meters above ground level. In order to prevent shading and occupying too much planted area, the pool should be built along the gables of the greenhouse. Plastic pipe can be used for the drip irrigation zone in the main pipe of the shed and in the cultivation tank. Two dropper pipes are installed in each tank, and a thin 0.1 mm thick plastic film is coated on the drop pipe to prevent drip irrigation from spraying and evaporating.
Cultivate strong seedlings: The varieties are selected from Shouguang's green bitter gourd, soaked in warm soup in the middle and late June to germinate, 70% of the seeds can be sown after dew. Use 8 cm in length and width for nutrition and soilless seedlings, and use turf: vermiculite: perlite with a ratio of 1:1:1, and add 5-8 kg of dry chicken manure and 2 kg of ternary fertilizer per cubic meter of substrate. Compound fertilizer, after mixing, fill in the nutrient bowl, after pouring enough water, broadcast 1 seed per hole, cover the wet fine substrate 2 cm thick, keep the temperature at 28-30°C before emergence, and heat about 25°C after emergence. The night temperature is about 15 degrees, keeping the substrate moist.
