Operating procedures:

1. Essential work before starting:

1 Check that each effect heater and evaporator are clean.

2 Check that each valve is in the correct opening and closing position.

2, boot:

1 Open the vacuum valve.

2 Turn on the feed valve feed, and close the feed valve when the liquid is seen in the sight glass.

3 Before opening the steam valve, first open the steam blowdown valve, drain the residual condensate and dirt in the steam pipe to the sewer, and close the steam blowdown valve.

4 Slowly open the steam valve, heat up to the required pressure, and let the evaporators of each effect heat cycle.

5 Turn on the condenser's cooling valve (canceled by the direct condensation of the water jet condensing vacuum pump).

3, normal operation:

1 Adjust the opening degree of each effect feed valve to control the material level to maintain a certain height.

2 Each time the evaporation is about 2 hours, the exhaust valve of the heater is turned on to remove the condensed gas.

3 The discharge of condensed water, except for the condensed water of the I effect heater, is discharged separately, and the effect of II and III is about half an hour.

Emission steps:

1 Close the water valve, that is, the middle valve between the heater and the evaporator and the middle valve of the water receiver.

2 Open the empty flash door to make it from vacuum to exhaust.

3 Open the drain valve at the bottom of the water receiving device, discharge the condensate, and then run it according to the position after it is exhausted.

4. Receiving operation:

1 Close the II, III effect feed valve.

2 Close the III effect evaporator vacuum butterfly valve, open the I effect vacuum bypass valve, and increase the vacuum of the I effect evaporator.

3 Open the vacuum valve of the lower tank of the I-effect evaporator.

4 Open the II and III effect venting valves, destroy the vacuum degree of the II and III effect evaporators, open the bottom discharge valve of the II and III effect heaters, and pump all the liquid into the lower part of the I effect evaporator. After the cylinder, close the II, III effect valve.

5 The feed liquid is thermally cycled separately in the I effect, and evaporated to the desired depth to discharge.

5, downtime:

1 Close the steam valve and stop supplying steam.

2 Close the vacuum valve and stop the vacuum pump.

3 Open the exhaust valve of the evaporator and destroy the vacuum of the evaporator.

4 Open the exhaust valve and drain valve to remove the condensation.
