First, a reasonable proportion of bacteria

The biological strain can be applied to the vegetable waste, and the biological strain can be used alone, or the biological strain can be used for urea fermentation. Specific configuration is as follows:

1. Single biological species

The material ratio is 5 kg of biological bacteria per ton of vegetable waste.

2. Biological strain plus urea

The material ratio is 2.5 kg of biological bacteria per ton of vegetable waste, and 10 to 20 kg of urea.

Second, fermentation

The number of fermentation days at different temperatures is different. The fermentation is carried out at 25 to 30 °C for 30 to 50 days, at 30 to 35 °C for 25 to 30 days, and below 20 °C for 80 to 100 days.

Single biological strain fermentation

Firstly, the original solution of the strain is diluted with water, and then poured into the heap in stages. At the same time, the moisture content of the compost material is adjusted to about 50%. When the moisture content of the material is insufficient, water can be sprayed to keep it moist, and the layers are mixed and piled up. Each layer is made of pulverized material (vegetable waste is cut into 5 cm with a mower) to make a thickness of 20 to 30 cm, then a layer of 3 to 5 cm thick livestock manure plus urea ferment, and so on. Cover one layer until it reaches a height of 1.5 to 2.0 meters.

2. Fermentation with biological bacteria plus urea

The biological bacteria and urea are dissolved into a liquid and poured from the top of the pile, and the pile is sealed with mud or old shed film to hinder the entry of air to prevent nutrient loss and large evaporation of water. When the temperature of the base material was raised to 60-70 °C, it was found that the surface growth of white mycelium spores was well fermented, and a composting and harmless fermentation process was completed; when the temperature of the base material decreased from 60 to 70 °C to 40-50 °C, complete the high temperature maintenance phase of the base material, that is, the secondary fermentation process, which is about 20 days after composting.

Third, turn the pile

Since the center of the pile heats up quickly and the fermentation around the surface is slow, the base center should be opened periodically to turn the surrounding base to the center. Generally, when the temperature of the center of the base material rises to 60 to 70 °C, it will be turned over once every 10 days; when the high temperature maintenance stage is completed, it will be turned over again after about 20 days, and then the temperature of the base material will drop to normal temperature after 15 to 20 days.

Fourth, decomposed

When the temperature of the base material drops from 60 to 70 ° C to below 40 ° C, the stage of maturity begins, and the whole composting cycle can be completed by continuing to pile for 15 to 20 days.

The technology can make full use of vegetable waste, produce vegetables under general facility conditions, increase the application of 1 ton of compost, increase soil solid-grain structure, increase multiple cropping index, extend harvesting supply period, increase yield per mu by 20% to 30%, and output value. It can increase more than 50%; at the same time, supporting water and drought rotation can reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases, reduce the input of chemical fertilizer by 50% to 70%, increase the ability of soil water retention, heat preservation, ventilation and fertilizer conservation, and improve the quality of vegetables.
