1, no fuel injection. First of all, check whether the fuel is used up, whether the fuel tank switch is turned on, whether there is air in the oil circuit, and whether the filter or the low pressure oil line is blocked. During the inspection, as long as the low-pressure fuel pipe connector near the high-pressure pump is disconnected, if there is oil overflow in the pipe, there is oil in the fuel tank, the fuel tank switch is unblocked, the filter and the pipeline are not blocked; if the overflowing oil has bubbles, it means no oil can be sprayed. The main reason is that there is air in the oil circuit. Second, check the injection pump spring is broken. For the sake of accuracy, first loosen the nozzle adjustment nut half a turn to one turn. If the oil still cannot be sprayed, it is an oil pump problem. When inspecting the oil pump, remove the high pressure tubing, use the thumb to press tightly on the tight seat of the return valve, and then crank the crankshaft by the injection method. If the oil pressure is large, the thumb is difficult to suppress, indicating that the oil pump is intact; If the oil pressure is not large, it means that the oil pump coupling wears badly; if the oil pumping force is very small or feels very light with the screwdriver lifting the pump foot, it can be concluded that the oil pump spring is broken.
2, thick oil mist. Try to adjust the nozzle adjustment nut first to see if the oil mist can improve. If it cannot be improved, there is a problem with the wear of the nozzle and the oil pump or the two working springs. For this diagnosis, as long as the top of the oil pump is turned away from the position of the camshaft, release the throttle and press the oil pump with a screwdriver. If you feel that the screwdriver is not strong enough to rebound and uneven, you can conclude that the spring is broken; The rebound force is great, but the oil pressure is very small, which means that the wear of the coupling parts is serious; if the conditions are good, the problem lies in the fuel injectors. When the injection nozzle adjustment nut is screwed out and screwed in, the phenomenon of looseness is very tight for a while, and it can be concluded that there is a problem with the working spring of the nozzle. When the pressure of the oil pump is normal, it is difficult to improve the atomization of the oil by adjusting the injection pressure several times. It can be concluded that the oil nozzle is worn. When the grease nipple is working, insert an appropriate wire thickness from the center hole of the adjustment nut into the nozzle body and press the upper end of the wire with your hand. When there is no top power when the fuel is injected, it indicates that the nozzle head is burned.
3, fuel injection bias. When the fuel injection is biased, the problems can be solved as long as the injector needle valve coupling is inspected for wear and carbon deposition.
4, spray drops. Remove the tight seat and the outlet valve spring, press the oil valve firmly with the thumb, open the throttle, crank the crankshaft, if you feel a lot of power to lift the thumb, indicating that the oil The valve coupler is good; if you feel the top force is not large, the height of the jacking is very small, which means that the coupling wears; if the jacking force is small, the diesel fuel is sprayed out from the sealing cone surface, indicating that the coupling part has serious wear. In addition, you can adjust the injection pressure method to exclude near-range or remote range failure.
