1. Low vacuum, pump oil contamination, too little or too thin to clean the vacuum pump, replace the new vacuum pump oil, pumping time is too short, prolong the pumping time, the suction filter is clogged, clean or replace the exhaust filter, there is leakage At the gas station, turn off the power after evacuation, and check the solenoid valve, pipe joint, vacuum pump suction valve and the seal around the working chamber for leaks.

2. The noise is loud. The vacuum pump coupling is worn or broken, the exhaust filter is clogged or the installation position is not correct. Clean or replace the exhaust filter and install it correctly. Check the solenoid valve for leaks and remove it.

3. Vacuum pump oil smoke is large. The suction filter is clogged or contaminated to clean or replace the exhaust filter, the pump oil is contaminated, the new oil is replaced, the return valve is blocked, and the return valve is cleaned.

4. Do not heat. The heating strip is blown, the heating strip is replaced, the heating time relay is burnt out, the time relay is replaced, the heating is used to blow the wire, the heating wire is replaced, and the installation is firm, the heating temperature band switch is poorly contacted, repaired or replaced, and the heating exchange is controlled. The contactor is not reset, repaired or replaced, the heating transformer is broken and replaced.
