New technology for degrading fruits and vegetables

Including fruits and vegetables, agricultural and residual fresh-keeping series of liquids, litchi fresh fruit reduction of agricultural residues and preservation technology, vegetable and fruit reduction of agricultural residues and automatic storage devices, litchi fresh fruit reduction of agricultural residues and semi-automatic production lines, and has applied for 14 invention patents, utility models 7 patents.

In addition, the partners developed small supporting equipment and production lines according to the results of the project, which has the functions of degrading pesticide residues and keeping fresh, and can realize the automation of cleaning, soaking, spraying, water removal, packaging and other processes, and the degradation rate of pesticide residues. Up to 80% or more, and prolong the fresh-keeping period of fruits and vegetables, the high-purity lychee fresh fruit can achieve 30 days of low-temperature storage period and 3 days of storage at room temperature.

According to reports, the Sino-US cooperation in research and development of successful fruits and vegetables to reduce agricultural residues and fresh-keeping technologies and products through the demonstration in Guangdong, Shandong and other places, provide technical support for the safe production and consumption of fruits and vegetables, users reflect well, economic, social and ecological benefits are significant, The market has broad prospects for development.
