1. Machine cleaning
(1) Before cleaning, be sure to turn off the engine, remove the key, and disconnect the power switch. After all rotating parts of the standby machine are stopped, clean the grass and other debris.
(2) Engines, radiators, and mufflers are at high temperatures after operation of the machine, especially the lid of the tank. Special care must be taken when cleaning, to prevent splashing and scalding of hot water, and to allow the engine to stop cooling before it can be cleaned.
(3) The dust and weeds attached to the tanks, tank guards, etc. should be cleaned in a timely manner (be careful not to flush the tank directly with water) so as not to affect the heat dissipation of the engine.
(4) It is forbidden to clean the water tank while the engine is working.
(5) The debris accumulated in the vicinity of the engine and moving parts and the debris of the crops are likely to cause fires. These parts should be inspected and cleaned frequently. Inspection and cleaning must be carried out during shutdown.
2. Cleaning of grain tanks
(1) To avoid the personal injury caused by the twisting of the horizontal auger inside the grain box.
(2) Due to the need of the function, the horizontal auger in the grain tank cannot be fully covered, so the engine can not enter the grain tank when working.
(3) Before entering the grain tank to clean up residual food, be sure to turn off the engine, remove the key, and disconnect the power switch.
