Straw gasification centralized gas supply technology

Straw consists of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and other elements and ash. Straw gasification is the energy conversion process of straw heating reaction in the absence of oxygen. Straw in the gasifier, through the supply of a small amount of air, and control the reaction rate, carbon, hydrogen in the straw into carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane and other combustible gases. Straw gasified fuel gas is safe, clean, and reduces environmental pollution. It is the cheapest fuel gas in fuel gas and can be supplied by pipelines. This technology has far-reaching significance in optimizing the use of rural resources, improving rural ecological environment, improving the quality of life of farmers, promoting the pace of rural small town construction, and accelerating the process of modern civilization in rural areas. The completion of a straw gasification centralized gas supply technical station can obtain an annual economic benefit of about 200,000 yuan.
(1) Appropriate areas, scales, and expected benefits are suitable to be promoted in the main maize producing areas in our province. In 2006, it is planned to promote five major maize production areas in the central part of our province, and the economic benefits will be RMB 1 million.
(II) Technical points Corn straw is used as raw material. After the straws are naturally air dried and then dried, they are rammed into morsels smaller than 100mm in length and conveyed into the gasifier with a screw conveyor. After drying and pyrolysis , Oxidation, and Reduction to produce combustible gas (low calorific value gas). After the dust is removed by the cyclone dust remover, it enters the spray purifier. Under the action of the spray water, impurities in the flammable gas are washed away, and the combustible gas is made. The temperature dropped below 35°C. Combustible gas enters the filter to further remove tar and dust. The purified flammable gas is sent to the gas cabinet by the Roots blower. The gas pressure inside the gas cabinet is adjusted to 400mmH2O with a counterweight and conveyed to the user via the gas supply network.
(III) Precautions The construction investment is relatively large and must be rationally integrated with the village.
