1 . Preparation of the clean bench before operation
(1) Check that all kinds of sterilized feeding and experimental items prepared in the ultra-clean work station are complete. If you need to replace the cage box. Check the preparation of the sterilization cage and use a stainless steel cart to move the ultra-clean platform to the door.
(2) Open the exhaust system in the room. Eliminate the odorous gas that escapes when the cage is opened.
(3) Check the spray effect of the sprayer and whether the liquid used for wiping the inside and outside of the clean bench has been configured.
(4) Record the main environmental parameters affecting the reproduction, growth and development of experimental animals, such as temperature, relative humidity, daily temperature difference, and pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cage.
(5) Turn on the ultra-clean workbench fan to clean the environment inside the station. Turn on the work light to reach the working illumination.
(6) Check the various head indicators of the IVC unit and visualize the conditions of the animals in each cage to estimate the operation of the IVC.
2 . Ultra-clean workbench operation procedures and specifications
(1) Appropriately pull down the ultra-clean workbench sliding door. Open the fastening tab between the bottom of the IVC cage lid and open the cage. Set aside on one side.
(2) Spray the outer surface of the glove and the outside of the IVC cage with the sprayer of the liquid, disinfect and sterilize the surface of the dust, and prevent it from being blown by the laminar gas when entering the clean bench. You can also use the gloved hands to immerse in the liquid medicine container, pick up and wring the liquid medicine towel, dry the outer droplets of the glove, and wipe the outer appearance of the cage.
(3) Use both hands to gently lift the outer end of the IVC cage, move it out of the cage along the cage, and place it on the stainless steel trolley next to the ultra-clean workbench.
(4) Personnel with disposable masks, hats and medical latex gloves. .
(5) Open the ultra-clean workbench and move the cage to the ultra-clean workbench.
