Many hospitals judge the results by visual inspection before using the microplate reader, and the operation process is arbitrarily large. If the operation procedure is not corrected in time after using the microplate reader, a large error will be caused. Pay attention to the following matters in the operation of the microplate reader:
Do not use the liquid addition head with the dosing device.
Wash the plate to be clean. If conditions permit, use a washer to wash the plates to avoid cross-contamination.
The reaction time is accurate according to the instructions of the kit.
During the measurement process, do not touch the microplate to prevent the operator's hand from being crushed when the microplate is delivered.
Do not spill samples or reagents on the surface or inside of the instrument. Wash hands after handling.
If the sample or reagent used is contaminating, toxic, or biologically hazardous, follow the instructions in the kit to prevent damage to the operator.
If the instrument is exposed to contaminating or infectious materials, clean and disinfect.
Do not turn off the power during the measurement process.
For the deviation of the measurement results caused by the problem of the kit, the parameters should be modified in time according to the actual situation to achieve the best results.
Cover the dust cover after use.
When there is a technical failure, you should contact the manufacturer in time, and do not disassemble the microplate reader.
