How many general practitioners are there in the hospital now, and what kind of general practitioner is a qualified doctor?
Qi Junfeng: At present, the hospital has 100 employees, including 30 general practitioners. The hospital service population is about 64,000. The signing rate with the residents is now 30%. In 2014, the proportion of elderly patients in the hospital accounted for 70%. We learned that two of the 30 general practitioners were general practitioners trained in "5+3", and the remaining 28 doctors were transferred from past specialists. The hospital screened the 30 doctors, only 18 doctors were eligible to sign up with the patient, and the remaining general practitioners could serve as assistants.
Our general practitioner is a doctor who can do independent medical treatment in the clinic. For example, some general practitioners also have a certificate of employment, but in fact they are specialists. For example, a gynaecologist has obtained an employment certificate, but the main problem is gynecological diseases. There is no practical ability to complete all the projects independently.
What are the obvious characteristics of the general practitioners in the center?
Yan Junfeng: First, residents can make appointments for appointments. The time for face consultation is about 8 to 10 minutes. Patients can register by themselves, choose their own doctors, and settle accounts. Second, the general practitioner does not do on-site signing services. The advantage is that the doctor's skills are used most efficiently, and the contracted patients are also relatively demanding patients. Third, we do not adopt a family-based contracting method. Each family member has a different contracting doctor. why? There are old and small in a family. Some doctors may not be good at seeing pediatrics, or they may not be good at gynecology, so we will arrange such a contracting model, and everyone can choose freely.
