Centrifuge is a typical representative of high-speed rotating machinery. In recent years, with the development of China's economy, high-speed centrifuges are increasingly used in environmentally-friendly sewage treatment, pharmaceutical and chemical, food and other solid-liquid separation and classification industries. In the manufacture or actual production operation of the centrifuge, a more prominent problem is that the temperature of the bearing housing is high, which easily leads to bearing damage, and the lighter interrupts the production, and serious serious safety accidents may occur. In addition, due to the high bearing temperature, the machine speed can only be controlled within a certain range, and the rotational speed is a key factor in the working output and treatment effect of the centrifuge. Therefore, the effective reduction of the housing temperature is the primary technical problem to be solved in the manufacture of centrifuges.

After years of exploration, a simple, very low-cost self-cooling device for the bearing seat—the fan-type inner ring technology has been successfully applied (its technical patent is in the application), which can effectively reduce the temperature of the housing. The centrifuge with this technology has a bearing temperature of ≤45C° and a temperature rise of ≤25C° under continuous high-speed 24h production operation. It is much lower than the requirements of the mechanical industry standard (JB/T502-2004) for bearing temperature ≤65C° and temperature rise ≤35C°. Under the condition of lower temperature, the speed can be increased by 200-500r/min, the service life of the bearing can be extended by about 3000h, and the daily production capacity of the machine can be increased by about 30%, which has good economic benefits. The bearing housing self-cooling device—the fan-type inner ring technology is added to the fan-type inner retaining ring during the traditional bearing installation process. The fan type inner ring is easy to manufacture and install. The traditional bearing installation is the outer ring to fix the bearing outer ring, and the inner ring of the bearing is generally fixed by the shaft retaining ring. While the device is to keep the outer ring of the bearing unchanged, a fan-type inner retaining ring is added between the inner ring of the bearing and the retaining ring of the shaft, as shown in FIG.



After the parts are installed, tighten the fan-type inner retaining ring locking screws to secure the inner retaining ring with the shaft retaining ring so that the inner retaining ring will rotate with the shaft. There are evenly distributed #1 segments on the inner ring, and the fan blades rotate to generate the outwardly arranged wind. The heat in the bearing housing is discharged by the wind through the exhaust holes and gaps in the bearing housing, so as to continuously discharge heat. Reduce the temperature of the housing.

The fan-type inner retaining ring can be made of aluminum or cast iron. The fan blades can be made of the same material, and after the parts are processed, the segments can be welded or screwed. This technology can be widely used in various types of high-speed mechanical equipment, with high practicability and economy.
