The sealing mechanism can automatically complete the process of forming, measuring, printing date, filling, sealing, cutting and outputting of the packaging bag on the same equipment and in the same vertical direction. Automatic control is performed by using an optoelectronic sensor to track equidistant color patches on the volume. Fourth, the control system hardware design
The control system is based on the 8031 ​​single chip and consists of 27256 program memory and 62256 data storage, signal input, keyboard, LED display, hardware watchdog, interlock protection and electromagnetic reversing valve drive.
During the sealing movement, the pulse signal output by the encoder is sent to the motherboard through the transmission line. The 8031 ​​takes out the measured value from the THx and (x is 0 or 1) registers every time after a certain period of time, and displays it through the LED digital tube; On the one hand, the measured positioning color scale is compared with its standard value. If the absolute value exceeds 2 mm (this value can be set by the keyboard), the automatic adjustment is performed until the displacement difference is within the set value range.
Five, software design
The system is written in MCS-51 assembly language and adopts modular structure design, which mainly includes display, read key, fault analysis, alarm, signal, take measurement value, data conversion, synchronization adjustment, execution and other functional modules.
Conclusion
